I love facilitating self-awareness and growth. Through a variety of modalities, I give you the tools to help you be the best version of yourself. I believe each individual has the tools to help themselves, they just might need a little guidance to unveil the layers.

My focus

I see people who are depressed or anxious, questioning their sexual identity, in unhappy relationships, poor relationships with family members, adoptees, or birth parents who have relinquished their child, and a variety of other issues.

My approach

I use solution-focused, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy and psychodynamic techniques during therapy with my clients.

My communication style

I have been described by my clients as kind, firm, but gentle, and direct. I get to know you and build trust while challenging you. I give you 100% of my attention.

My journey to mental healthcare

I knew I would become a therapist at the age of 13. My mom took me to a therapist, and when sitting in that chair that day, I became overwhelmed with the feeling that this was my career. I never looked back and never strayed.

My goals for you

I don't make a formal list, but I allow the client to come up with their goals, but if/when they are stuck, I help articulate them.

Our first session

For my complete attunement of them. I always try to provide a degree of hope, even to the most troubling difficulties. They will leave feeling that I can help them; that's always the goal.
