I prioritize clear, open, and direct communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental interaction. I practice active listening while providing opportunities for reflection. I am direct and honest when asked questions, as I firmly believe in transparency and trust. I am patient, caring, kind, humorous, genuine, empathetic, and calm in demeanor.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always loved helping others, as acts of service are my love language. As a child, I befriended underprivileged children and those from troubled homes because I saw the humanity in everyone. Through tumultuous relationships with loved ones facing mental health challenges, I learned that I wanted to do more for people.

My goals for you

I help clients achieve their goals through active listening. Once I understand your needs, I reflect on what I've heard to ensure my understanding of your intentions. From here, I collaborate with you to co-create achievable goals, manage accountability, and track progress. I encourage you to take small steps and be patient with the process.

Our first session

During our first session, I will verify your personal information and review administrative expectations. From here, I will work on getting to know you and complete an intake assessment to get a whole-person view of who you are and what brought you to treatment. I want to utilize that first meeting to build rapport.
