Hlee Vang

Hi. My name is Hlee Vang and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with clients, helping them to identify their mental health goals and working with them on building and utilizing their strengths, skills, and talents, so they can make the best choices and decisions for themselves.

My approach

I actively listen and work collaboratively with clients, to help them work toward their mental health goals. I often utilize the client-centered or person-centered therapeutic approach to assist clients in focusing on their ability to find resolutions to problems or stressors they are facing in life.

My focus

I work with clients who are going through life changes, are depressed, or experiencing anxiety.

I try to create a safe environment where clients can feel heard and understood, so they can feel empowered and confident to make the best choices for themselves.
