Cases that I work with include depression, anxiety, divorce, death, family issues, relationship issues, trauma, narcissism, as well as radical life transitions. I am inspired by people who want to change and create a different future for themselves.

The approaches that I use include psycho-spiritual, holistic, mindfulness, and dreamwork. I believe that if we can change the inner dynamics and patterns of childhood, then your future will also change.

I believe that the client must set their own goals, as they must take personal responsibility for their actions. I provide support and direction so that the client can realign their strategies with the goals that they want to achieve.
