Lucia Heye

As a licensed therapist, my passion lies in guiding and navigating clients to rediscover themselves and reach their true, authentic selves. I firmly believe that every client is entitled to an enriching life, and I strive to provide compassion, empathy, and validation in our collaborative work together.

My therapeutic approach is centered around motivating clients to ascertain their inner strengths, abilities, and inspirations. I provide short-term therapy, trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing/addiction recovery to support clients in their journey of growth and healing.

My focus

I have extensive experience treating clients with a wide range of struggles, including depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, unresolved childhood trauma, substance abuse and recovery, identity issues, men's issues, and various other life challenges. I work with individuals, couples, families, and minors aged 13-17.

In our sessions, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and validated. I believe in the power of open, honest communication and collaboration with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
