I tend to work with older teens, young adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, addictive patterns, and relational conflict.
My approach
I am relational. Very little can happen in therapy if I do not build rapport and connection with you. I use the relationship we build to incorporate somatic techniques and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Bringing safety to the body is essential, while also having practical skills to manage dysregulation.
