I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialization in Trauma. I studied at CSULA and at Pacific Oaks University. I am compassionate, empathetic, can be humorous, and love the Lakers/Basketball. I love what I do, and I am a strong believer in that, "mental health matters".

I have experience working with clients coping with anxiety, depression, anger, life challenges, and family conflict. I listen closely to the underlying needs of my clients and collaboratively develop a plan that helps resolve those needs. I will ask questions that encourage insightful thinking and reflection. I will help expand your coping skills.

I utilize a client centered approach to therapy. I place a focus on life experiences and how they shape your thoughts, values, behaviors, beliefs, and perception of the world around. We will work on achieving the Goals you identify in therapy with patience.
