I'm a good listener and nonjudgmental in my interactions. Communication builds trust in our therapeutic relationship, and I create a space where you feel safe to share openly and authentically.

My journey to mental healthcare

I come from an underserved community where mental health therapy wasn't a first, second, or third choice for handling behavioral or mental issues. I led down this path because of life situations, and felt the need to help others with services that weren't accessible to people in my community growing up.

My goals for you

I believe the client leads when it comes to goal setting because it empowers you to want the change you are seeking. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and build a path forward that feels authentic and achievable.
