Hi there, I'm Christine!

I have been working in the field of mental health for over 10 years and have been a fully licensed LCSW for 8 years. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from multiple modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where, regardless of the challenges you’re facing.

My focus

Most of my experience has been working with women coping with severe PTSD and self-harm behaviors. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, low self-esteem, and a variety of other diagnoses. Whatever you may feel is your “ugly,” it is safe with me—you don't have to face it alone.

My approach

In therapy, I focus on making sure you leave each session feeling seen, heard, and with a clear plan. I believe therapy should feel supportive and approachable, not overwhelming. Life is full of challenges, but working through them in therapy doesn't have to be.
