Hi there, I'm Nathan!

Most people who find me have already tried the advice — read the books, made the lists, talked to friends. Something still isn't moving. I help adults and teens navigate anxiety, relationship issues, and men's issues toward real belonging. I don't hand out homework or tell you what your problem is. You're the expert on your life.

My focus

I work with adults and teens living with anxiety, depression, or addiction — often people who look like they're holding it together but feel unmoored underneath. If you're self-aware and tired of being handed strategies that don't touch the real thing, we'll get along. You don't need the right words. Just come as you are.

My approach

My approach is deeply person-centered, relational, and psychodynamically informed. I don't look at you as a set of symptoms to be fixed, nor do I hand out rigid homework or pretend to know your life better than you do. Instead, we work together to uncover underlying patterns, offering an honest, attentive space where you can finally hear yourself.
