Hi there, I'm Melissa!

Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your new therapist. It takes a lot of courage to start something new. I am a licensed Clinical Counselor in NY/ CA and credentialed Dance/Movement Therapist who specializes in working with adult children of immigrant families, those who struggle with anxiety, and intergenerational trauma.

My focus

I specialize in working with young adults and college students, supporting you on the beginning of your journey through adulthood. You may find yourself feeling distracted and disconnected from yourself and your relationships. If you feel you are struggling with the emotional, physical, and social parts of yourself, I am here to help.

My approach
