My approach as a therapist is to be collaborative with my client, which means we work together to work through past or present challenges. By providing you with a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and providing education, guidance, and commitment to the process, I want to help you move toward achieving your personal therapeutic goals.
My focus
Most of my clients tend to have anxiety, ADHD, or depression. I have experience working with clients who are BICOP or LGBTQIA+. I have experience working with the following conditions: Adjustment Issues, Anxiety and related disorders, Depression, Gender Identity and Dysphoria, Grief and Loss, and Trauma.
My approach
The interventions I typically use are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, and I am trained in Brainspotting. I like to include creativity and a relatable nature in my counseling approach.
