I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in California, offering online individual therapy across the state. My focus is helping people who feel out of sync with themselves or their world reconnect with who they are and how they want to experience life.

I work well with LGBTQIA+ clients, artists and creatives, and people drawn to esoteric or unconventional ways of understanding themselves. I also support anyone navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or identity questions, and offer an inclusive, affirming space for that exploration.
My approach
I work from a humanistic foundation, trusting each person's capacity to grow when met with empathy and without judgement. I draw on CBT and EFT as core tools, bringing in existential and Jungian threads for questions of meaning or identity. I value mindfulness and creative expression, so those can be woven throughout treatment.
