My approach is to offer a comfortable and safe environment by offering a non-judgmental approach to therapy. It is very important to build a strong rapport with my clients so they can feel safe and comfortable discussing their feelings and emotions openly.

My communication style is active listening and entertaining in a calm and comforting environment. Open communication between my client is essential.

I have always had a strong passion for assisting adults, children, and families to work through stressors that they come across during life's journey. I enjoy seeing individuals make steady progress that assists them in various areas of their lives.

Goal setting is a process that will take place during the first few sessions. During ongoing sessions, goals will be re-evaluated and changes made if needed.
