I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). As a therapist, I think it is a privilege to learn about your story and the unique circumstances that brought you to seek support. As a Latino, I am aware of the stigma associated with seeking mental health support. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported.
My focus
Throughout my work in this field, I have focused on helping individuals with anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, and childhood and adult traumas. I provide culturally sensitive therapy for children, teens, adults, and individuals of diverse orientations and LGBTQIA+ identities.
My approach
My approach is judgment-free, collaborative, inclusive, and grounded in mutual respect. I utilize a range of interventions (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more) to support individuals in challenging their irrational thoughts.
