I was driven to become an LCSW Therapist based on my personal life journey, which pushed me to want to help others problem-solve to resolve challenging life experiences and regulate emotional distress associated with environmental triggers.

When it comes to goal setting with Clients, I work collaboratively with clients to develop their goals. I routinely check in with clients to obtain their insight into the methods we are using to reach their goals throughout treatment.

Our first session

Clients would expect a friendly, safe, and open environment during the first session. I will explore clients' expectations and tailor treatment to meet the Client where they are at in that moment in time.
