I am Sheri. I work with adults and couples who are ready for meaningful change but don’t know where to start. Together, we explore old patterns with curiosity and compassion so you can move toward healthier choices and deeper connections. I offer a calm and supportive space where healing becomes possible, and growth and joy feel achievable.
My focus
I work with adults and couples who are feeling overwhelmed by stress, conflict, or disconnection and struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship patterns that keep repeating. I help them understand what is underneath those patterns so they can feel more secure and connected. I also provide tools that clients can use outside of therapy.

I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels right for you. I believe everyone is capable of growth and of experiencing a happy and peaceful life when they feel supported, seen, and accepted as they are.
