My goal is to assist you in identifying and learning to maximize your individualized strengths. As a trauma-informed therapist, I emphasize collaboration, relationship building, and coping skills development to help my clients overcome obstacles caused by symptoms of adverse mental health.

I have experience treating children, adults, families, former foster youth, and incarcerated adults in a variety of mental health settings.

I use a strength-based, client-centered approach to meet all of my clients' individualized needs. My experience includes using CBT, DBT, brief solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and more to treat trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and substance use.
