I'm relaxed, flexible, ethical, and hard to shock. I'm a person people can relax around: You can be yourself, you can swear, you can be a regular person. You'll find sessions comfortable and judgment-free.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be themselves and work on what matters to them without judgment.

My goals for you

We focus on what you want to change and work together to get you there. If you're not sure what you want, that's what we'll talk about first.

Our first session

The first session is a get-to-know-you meeting for both of us. I'll cover legal and policy advisements for about ten minutes. The rest, we'll talk with a focus on getting to know each other. I need to know where we're starting, and you need to know whether we're a fit.
