I enjoy working with a wide array of clients: individuals, couples, and families. With minors, I help them learn how to deal with emotions, express themselves in healthy ways, and think their choices through. With adults, I thrive on boosting your confidence while you explore your inner self.

I view myself as the expert on therapy, and I consider you to be the expert on yourself. I like when sessions feel like a collaborative partnership. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help you identify underlying beliefs and teach you coping skills.
