I am your friendly neighborhood Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner! With over eight years of mental health experience, I have been helping people of all ages and mental health conditions get back to feeling like themselves again. I genuinely love this work: You'll feel it.

My focus

I am here for the anxious over thinkers, the folks riding the bipolar rollercoaster, people trying to outrun depression, anyone whose relationship with substances got messy and those people hearing/seeing things that others don't. Some of my clients are struggling with 2 or 3 of these at once. I'm here for complex cases because real life is messy.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based and judgement-free. I take time to understand your whole story, explain options clearly, and make a plan that fits your real life. Meds + real talk + zero judgement = my style
