My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up seeing struggles in a high-crime area, but I love the image of a flower growing through cement—blooming even in difficult conditions when cared for. I've worked in substance abuse, domestic violence, child welfare, and immigration, giving me empathy and many filters to understand clients.

My goal is to help you uncover exactly what you need, recognizing that you are the ultimate expert on yourself. Therapy often reveals paths we hadn't initially considered. I remain flexible and committed to adapting my approach to align with your evolving needs and goals throughout your journey.

Our first session

To provide comprehensive care, I gather essential information regarding your social settings, history of trauma, experiences of abuse, areas of struggle, and existing strengths. My approach is consistently warm and inviting; I strive to truly get to know you, fostering a safe space for us to build a strong therapeutic relationship together.
