Sara Daniel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about assisting clients in reaching their highest potential. She received her Master's in Psychology, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Counseling, from Argosy University, previously located in Ontario, Ca. Sara has experience in managing assaultive behavior, in addition to receiving training in the following areas: trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gottman's 1 and 2 couples training, and Trauma-Focused Care. Sara believes in developing a therapeutic alliance to ensure her client's empowerment and growth. Throughout Sara's career, she has provided crisis intervention to adults, children, and their families from diverse cultures, ages, and backgrounds, resulting in her intuition to provide excellent care to those hurting. Because of her experience caring for a family member with mental illness, Sara is no stranger to understanding the stigma associated with those diagnosed with a mental disorder. Therefore, she provides her clients and their families with compassion and understanding. Consequently, Sara is highly passionate about abolishing the stigma associated with seeking treatment while improving all access to mental health care. In her free time, Sara enjoys reading self-improvement books, traveling, and enjoying the company of those she loves.
