My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, relational, client-centered, and holistic. I meet you where you are right now and respect the unique path you have walked. I wholeheartedly believe that you have answers within yourself, and through therapy, my goal is to support you in connecting with your own inner wisdom.

I particularly enjoy working with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, highly sensitive people and empaths, chronic people-pleasers, low self-esteem, perfectionism, childhood trauma, grief, life transitions, identity confusion, and work or school-related stressors.

I use an integrative approach that honors your whole self—mind, body, inner truth—and life experiences. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges with increased self-acceptance, self-love, and confidence. I commonly use cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, incorporating holistic tools where appropriate.
