I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing culturally appropriate psychotherapy for 15 years to a variety of vulnerable minority groups, such as LGBTQ+ and the Spanish-speaking community. I work with both couples and individuals.

I have experience in helping adults manage stress and anxiety as well as lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse.

My approach

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as a treatment modality; however, therapy is specific to the client's needs.

My communication style

In therapy, I foster a safe space where life challenges and trauma are honored with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It is a time when everything else is suspended and your feelings are the top priority.
