My journey to mental healthcare

The route to therapist was circuitous; I dipped my toes in corporate America a time or two before recognizing it was a poor fit. Connection and curiosity were far more important to me. I am drawn to others' stories and find I learn even more about myself by listening to others.

My goals for you

I believe every client has the strength and resilience to reach their goals. In those moments when it might feel too dauting and overwhelming, I will be there to support you and contain your fears. I am your greatest cheerleader and have unwavering faith that once you identify where you want to be, we can create a way to make it happen.

Our first session

It's natural to feel uncertain at the beginning of therapy and I want to help create a safe, confidential space. In our first session, you'll have the opportunity to share your story and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals, concerns, and what you hope to achieve, ensuring you feel comfortable with my approach and style.
