I specialize in working with children (5 and up), young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. We'll work together to build effective coping skills and create meaningful change.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, based on the unique needs of my clients, which is a combination of various approaches such as cognitive behavioral, dialectic behavioral, person-centered, and Christian therapy approaches, etc.

My style is calm and accepting. I meet you where you are with unconditional acceptance for your experiences. I believe positive change is possible, and you've already taken the first step by seeking support.

My journey to mental healthcare

Helping others has been my main drive since childhood. People's pain and suffering move me deeply. When I notice someone going through hardship, I immediately think about how I can gently offer support. This motivation led me to pursue training to be of great help to others.
