My approach
I am here to provide you with unconditional support to process through your anxiety, depression, and other unresolved feelings at your own pace. My approach includes client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), culturally sensitive techniques, motivational interviewing, parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), person-centered methods, solution-focused strategies, and a strength-based approach.
My focus
I work with individuals, including minors aged 13-17. My specialties include ADHD, adolescents/teens, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, career counseling, coping skills, cultural stress, depression, divorce, dual diagnosis, family conflict, job stress, men's issues, racial trauma, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem, sleep or insomnia, stress, and trauma and PTSD.
My communication style
Sometimes we may need someone who is there for us and there are no problems in life that are too big or small. No matter what you're going through, it can be a chance to get to know yourself better, and learn what you want. I am here to listen and support you through this process.

I hold a Master of Science degree and speak Chinese in addition to English. My journey to mental healthcare has been driven by a desire to help others navigate life's challenges and transitions.
