I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people navigate stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I’m driven by supporting clients as they gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change that honors their experiences and identities.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel comfortable sharing. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences, and you’re welcome to ask me anything, too. Together, we’ll identify your goals and outline a plan for the work ahead.
