My approach
Feeling full of worry and despair is no way to live – and it can be really paralyzing. You may find yourself on autopilot a lot, thinking about everything that could go wrong and trying everything in your power to prevent it from happening. If you are trying to solve problems by avoiding them, it might be costing you that healthy relationship or lifestyle that you really have been longing for. It’s like a catch-22, right? I get that it can feel hopeless trying to break free of patterns like these. But, don’t give up on that dream! If you are willing to show up and get vulnerable, you can begin to address old patterns and create new!
My focus
I am an ISST-trained Schema Therapist who helps individuals rewrite their beliefs according to what they value most. Beliefs in yourself, of those around you, and the world in general. I offer weekly/bi-weekly appointments and free consultations for adults (age 18+).
