Hi there, I'm Caitlin!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with high-functioning young women and emerging adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional health concerns related to hormonal imbalances, including PCOS.

My focus

I work best with young females who have a full support system, are ready to actively engage in the therapeutic process, and take steps toward growth.

My approach

My approach is laid-back and grounded in holistic health, integrating traditional therapy with Wellness Coaching to help clients cultivate balance. I enjoy integrating Ecotherapy, as Telehealth walk-and-talk sessions can offer bilateral stimulation that supports emotional and cognitive processing.

My communication style

I support young women who may appear—or aspire to be—capable and “put-together” on the outside, yet are ready to let go of perfectionism and the pressure of "keeping up appearances," show up more authentically, and experience deeper clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a Mental Health Practitioner was shaped by a deep passion for wellness, athletics, and overcoming personal health challenges. Retiring from club and varsity soccer at an early age heightened my awareness of the mind–body connection and the value of holistic healing.

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Sports Psychology, Ecotherapy, Faith integration, and Solution-Focused approaches—to support meaningful growth.

My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you. I collaborate, support, and integrate wellness coaching and Positive Psychology to empower autonomy and build resilience. At the core of my work is a belief in progress, not perfection.
