I am a licensed psychotherapist with strong training in psychodynamic therapy. My clients work with me to address relationship issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Psychotherapy can reframe and metabolize what is showing up for you so you gain a deeper understanding and renewed capacity towards yourself and others.
My approach
My work centers on your experiences and how you interpret them. What affects you and your relationships? What helps you now? What would you like to improve? Giving voice to the parts of yourself that need attention can lead to greater awareness and deeper understanding of yourself and others. We will work together to develop increased self-awareness and a wholeness of personality. People have different experiences at different times in their lives, so I prefer to identify the most effective therapeutic approach based on your desired focus.

Mutual engagement is a large part of the work in treatment. I provide an environment where you have enough room to reflect and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and receive new information.

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults. My approach is to meet you exactly where you want to be met. Need help making your relationships better? We’ll start there. Suffering from anxiety? We’ll start there. Do you need help with over reactivity? We’ll start there. I mirror back what is being said and we discuss and agree on a treatment plan to move forward.

I will welcome you with admiration for showing up. We discuss expectations and goals. I will be listening intently and follow up with general questions.
