If you're feeling drained, anxious, or stuck in a cycle of overthinking and self-doubt, you're not alone. Many of the people I work with carry too much, put the needs of others first and struggle to set boundaries for themselves. I enjoy helping people slow down, understand the patterns keeping them stuck, and create a more authentic way of living.
My focus
Many of my clients are thoughtful, hardworking people who look composed on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected inside. I work with adults experiencing burnout, workplace stress, anxiety, and depression with a focus on navigating excessive guilt, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, poor boundaries, and alcohol misuse.
My approach
My approach centers on non-judgment, acceptance, and present-focused awareness. I use concepts from CBT, REBT, yoga, and mindfulness. I believe that not everything in life can be fixed. Sometimes growth means a complete overhaul, and other times it comes from learning to relate differently to circumstances completely beyond a person's control.
