Hi there, I'm Alexis!

If you’re feeling drained, anxious, or stuck in a loop of overthinking and self-doubt, you’re not alone. Many people come after months—sometimes years—of saying “yes” to everything, fearing they’ll let others down, and ending each day exhausted. I help people untangle those pressures and reconnect with their authentic selves.

My focus

I work with adults experiencing burnout, workplace challenges, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, alcohol-use concerns, life transitions, and issues related to personal growth, self-esteem, disordered eating, and body image. I also work with low-conflict couples who are functioning well but seeking a more intentional, connected partnership.

My approach

My approach centers on non-judgment, radical acceptance, and present-focused awareness. I don’t believe any modality is one-size-fits-all, so I blend concepts from CBT, REBT, and mindfulness to uniquely support each person I work with. I’ve also completed training in yoga and meditation and am proud to have 18 years of sobriety.
