I find that cognitive behavioral therapy is very helpful for most people and gives them a concrete plan to work towards. I look forward to working with you.

My work has mainly been focused on those suffering from anxiety, depression, and trauma-based issues. I can help you set up a plan that feels comfortable for you moving through this process.

I feel it's important to start where the client is and navigate from there. Through mindfulness techniques and a cognitive behavioral approach, we can work together on achieving your goals and feeling better faster.

My communication style

I find that clear and open communication, without judgment, works best for both me as a therapist and those I work with. I feel it's important to know if my approach is helping or if you'd like adjustments along the way.

My journey to mental healthcare

I suffered from anxiety around school and relationships. I saw a wonderful therapist who helped me normalize what I was going through and gave me valuable tips and tricks to help with my anxiety. It positively changed my life and made me want to help others as she had helped me.

My goals for you

Everyone has a different goal and timeline with therapy. An individualized treatment plan ensures your needs are met and don't feel too overwhelming or unachievable. I like to check in on treatment goals and how you're feeling from week to week. A treatment goal is a fluid process that can be adjusted as we go.
