My approach is focused on assisting people to connect back to their true essence of who they are at their core. I use a rational and heart-centered approach to support individuals and couples in expressing their feelings, feeling heard, seeing challenges from different perspectives, and breaking patterns to get their needs met. My result-oriented style helps you get aligned and connected to your inner wisdom, accessing your highest potential and living from greater authenticity.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about helping families improve their communication with one another. In addition, I provide personalized parent coaching and support, particularly for parents who have children with developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.

I strive to create a safe space for you to process your thoughts and feelings, identify relationship patterns, and gain awareness of the underlying communication dynamics that may be holding you back. Through our work together, couples can transform their communication, build greater emotional intimacy, and work through past resentment to strengthen their foundation and bring new depth to their partnership.
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Social Work degree and completed my clinical hours for licensure between November 2012 and April 2016.

My goal is to support you in releasing old painful patterns from the past that are keeping you stuck, so you can truly move forward in your life. I aim to help you become more in tune with your intuition and gut feelings when making important decisions. Together, we will work to improve your interpersonal and communication skills for happier, healthier relationships at work and in the community.

In our first session, we will begin to explore what brings you to therapy and start identifying the areas where you would like to see growth and change. I will provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment for you to share your story and begin the journey of personal transformation. We will collaborate to set goals and develop a plan tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
