Hello. I'm Shannon! My goal as your therapist is to help you create a meaningful and enjoyable life. I bring 15 years of experience to help you get there. Whether you come to therapy to manage a pre-existing condition/diagnosis or are looking to improve the relationships in your life; I am happy to assist you until you get to where you would like to be.
My approach
I meet people where they are at, provide unconditional support, and offer a safe space to explore their world and how they would like it to improve. I use a variety of theories and techniques to best fit each person's preferences and goals.
My focus
In today's society; stress, anxiety, and depression can often take over our health, wellbeing, and relationships leaving us with an unsatisfactory life. In therapy, we can explore the obstacles that are causing you pain or are holding you back from your full potential, and work together toward creating happiness and contentment.

I pride myself on helping people to feel comfortable and supported in our journey together. I am also open to feedback about your preferences and the pace we take in therapy.
