I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with many years of experience treating a wide variety of mental health conditions. I believe in a compassionate approach to mental health treatment and will work closely with you to develop an individualized treatment plan.

My approach

When thinking about my approach to mental health medication management, I will carefully evaluate your health history and situational factors to help choose the right medication specifically tailored to meet your individual needs. I take a holistic perspective to mental health medication treatment and will work closely with you to find a medication regimen that best meets your needs.

My focus

My focus is providing mental health medication management and support to patients ages 18 and older. I am able to treat a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD and trauma related conditions.

My communication style

I believe in providing a non judgmental and safe space to explore your treatment options. I value getting to know who you are today as well as understanding your past experiences and future goals.

My first session with you

To ensure we have a productive first visit, please be sure to fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions during this visit, especially regarding your medical and mental health history. Once we have completed your evaluation, we can then discuss a treatment plan specific to your needs that will get you on the road to feeling better as soon as possible!
