My focus

I am passionate about supporting folx who identify as female and children of any gender. I support issues around parent and child disconnection, transitions, the first generation lived experience, as well as healing from traumatic experiences.

My approach

I use an eclectic mix of systemic theory, humanistic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic and mindfulness practices to best support your needs.
