My approach
My clinical work is integrative, trauma-focused approach that draws from psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy; specifically working with those who are experiencing mental health symptoms associated with exposure to childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, substance abuse and traumatic loss.
