My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up with a parent who is a clinician, so mental health was always an important topic in my life. This early exposure inspired my passion for helping others and guided me toward a career in therapy. I also work as a school social worker, where I support students and families through challenges and help them build resilience and confidence.

I help clients reach their goals by working collaboratively to identify what feels most important to them and creating a personalized plan for growth and change. Together, we break goals into manageable steps and use practical tools and strategies to support progress along the way.

Our first session

In our first session together, we'll start with getting to know each other in order to build trust in the therapeutic relationship. We will then address specific challenges that you or your child is experiencing and discuss a plan to support your needs throughout the following sessions.
