My journey to mental healthcare

My journey started with an interest and genuine curiosity about why people are the way they are. I found that I was always drawn to the "how come?" or "why?" after learning more about a colleague, peer, friend, etc. This genuine curiosity led me to study it, and here I am.

The first session will really be getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you are looking for in sessions and overall treatment. No first sessions look alike, so it will be tailored to each person and their comfort level.
