I use a holistic approach to therapy with your collaboration to support you in achieving the growth you aspire to. My areas of focus include trauma, adverse childhood experiences, depression, and anxiety.

I work with adults ages 18+ with a particular specialty working with 18-45 year olds.

My approach

I have extensive training in DBT, CBT, and somatic therapy to treat trauma-related symptoms. I also utilize IFS, inner child work, and a variety of other trauma-informed/strength-based modalities.
