My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for therapy began with helping children and families dealing with trauma. What drives me to do this work is the families and individuals I have helped in improving their emotional well-being.

During our first session, we will work on getting to know each other to get an idea of how to proceed. I will ask you a lot of questions about you, how you cope, and your symptoms. We will discuss goals for therapy, expectations, and more.
