Hi there, I'm Joseph!

I take a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual, not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to use the therapeutic models that best support you in achieving growth, healing, and lasting change.

My focus

I work with teenagers, parents, individuals, and couples. Much of my work revolves around anxiety, self-esteem, and relational challenges, with a growing focus on narcissistic abuse recovery, marriage counseling, and life coaching.

I integrate a variety of approaches to fit your specific needs. I believe every person has the innate capacity for self-understanding and growth, and my role is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly.

Creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment is at the heart of my practice. I am an active listener and prioritize making you feel heard, valued, and respected. I'm also direct—I gently call out inconsistencies to help you break free from patterns that keep you stuck.

My journey to mental healthcare

My personal journey with therapy began when I sought support during a difficult period. That transformative experience inspired me to become a therapist myself. I believe we all have the answers within us, but sometimes we need help quieting the negative self-talk.
