My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a mental health provider because I've always been passionate about understanding people and supporting them through life's challenges. My training and clinical experience allow me to help individuals build resilience, navigate transitions, and find balance. As a therapist, I combine listening, guidance, and support.

I help clients set and reach treatment goals by first understanding their unique needs, values, and challenges. Together, we define clear, achievable objectives and create practical strategies to address obstacles and build skills. I provide guidance and support to help clients track progress, make adjustments as needed, and make lasting progress.

In our first session, we'll get to know each other, talk about what's been challenging, and explore what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we'll figure out the best ways to support you and plan the next steps in a relaxed, collaborative space.
