Hi there, I'm Monarose!

I am a Filipino-American therapist supporting the Asian-American community through intergenerational trauma, depression, anxiety, family pressure, multicultural relationship differences, infertility, self-identity, job stressors, focus, purpose, and decision making. I help those apprehensive about opening up in fear of judgment.

My focus

If you've been overthinking, feeling anxious or down, and second-guessing everything, I can help you sort through these feelings and find coping skills. I support you in crafting skills to set boundaries respectfully while honoring your culture and navigating the Asian-American experience.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to guide you through complicated situations. I'm a great listener and will help you learn Mindfulness as a natural tool you can use anytime. You'll learn about emotional intelligence and how it benefits relationships with family, friends, and co-workers.
