I enjoy working with a broad range of patients across the lifespan. I have a strong passion for working with young adults, addressing issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
My approach
I seek to have a strong working relationship with my patients, with a primary focus on autonomy, respect, relationships, and meeting my patients where they are. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance Therapy, and elements of Family Systems.
