I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I take a humanistic approach to treating a variety of mental health conditions that often overlap with one another, including trauma, addiction, gender and sexuality, anxiety and depression, and existential issues. I draw on both personal lived experience and the latest clinical research.
My focus
I work with a variety of clients, both male, female, and non-binary individuals and couples, ranging from late teens to people facing end-of-life existential issues. Work with trauma and addiction, in particular, lends to working with families and loved ones affected by such issues.
My approach
Beginning with a humanistic approach means meeting the client where they are at, and then conceptualizing the approach with a combination of humanistic and positive psychology, systems theory, and recovery-oriented systems of care.
