I create an environment that is non-judgmental and person-centered. I seek to understand my clients. Open communication between the client and therapist is key.

My journey to mental healthcare

Seeing my parents work in the counseling and mental health field inspired me to make the same impact. I hope to be a beacon of hope for the mental health community.

My goals for you

I listen to clients and the goals they wish to achieve. The most important goals in the session are those of the client, not the therapist. Clients' goals are discussed and usually set during the first session to give us a clear idea of what to focus on for their therapy.

Our first session

The first session typically consists of getting to know you as a person and understanding your background. We then move into talking about expectations for therapy and set goals that will dictate which direction to head in for our next session.
